Section 1.3 - Draft Value Keeper: One player shall be kept under forfeiture of draft pick based on the previous year's draft slot.
(1.3.ii) - A player may be kept for continuous years under the Draft Value Designation
(1.3.iii) - The original draft slotting will increase five (5) rounds each year until the value equals a first-round selection.
(1.3.iv) - Once a Draft Value player reaches 1st round value, the organization must designate that player under the Franchise or Transition Tag or be returned to the draft pool.
(1.3.a.iv) - An organization can keep their first-round selection from the previous Draft under Draft Value for one (1) season before re-designation.
(1.3.v) - A Draft Value player can be designated as a Franchise or Transition Keeper
(1.3.vi) - Any player acquired from waivers that have no draft value will hold a 10th round value.
